Using Coupons/Discounts

On Fastwork, you can use coupons or special promotions to make your payments more affordable.

How to Check Available Coupons

• Website: Go to the Discount Coupons menu.

• App: Go to Profile → Discount Coupons.

Important Notes

• Coupons must be applied before payment. Once a transaction is completed, coupons can no longer be added.

• If an order is canceled, the coupon used cannot be reused.

• Coupons are fully managed by Fastwork, so freelancers’ payments remain secure and unaffected.
