How to Approve a Freelancer’s Work

After the freelancer submits the final result, you have 7 days to review it. If no action is taken within that period, the system will automatically mark the work as approved.

How to Check & Approve the Work

• Via Website: Click the “View Final Result” button in the chat.

• Via App: Tap the 📄 document icon at the top right corner to open the submitted file.

Available Actions

• Click “Request Revision” if something needs to be fixed.

• Click “Approve” if the result meets your expectations and you’re satisfied 🎉

⚠️ Important Notes

• Once you click “Approve”, the project is considered complete and falls outside Fastwork’s guarantee coverage. Please double-check everything before confirming.

• If you click “Request Revision”, the order status will change back to In Progress, and the freelancer can continue working on the revisions.
