Account Deletion Request

To delete your user account, please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your account using the email address or phone number registered with the Fastwork mobile app.
2. Navigate to the "Profile" menu.
3. Tap the three-line menu in the top-right corner.
4. Select "Security Settings" > "Delete Account."
5. Read the account deletion notice and accept the terms, then tap "Confirm Account Deletion Request."
6. Your account will be permanently deleted within seven (7) days.

Important Considerations:

• Prior to initiating account deletion, please ensure all pending orders within the system are completed and any remaining Fastwork Coin balances (if applicable) are utilized. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be accessed or modified in any way.
• Please note: If there are any active orders or remaining Fastwork Coins in your account, we reserve the right to reject your account deletion request until all outstanding orders and balances have been fully resolved.
