Fastwork Service Fees

Signing up for a Fastwork account is completely free. There are no registration or subscription fees. However, Fastwork charges a platform service fee for each completed order.

The platform service fee is deducted from the freelancer's earnings for each completed order. The service fee rate is determined based on either the freelancer's accumulated sales over the previous three months (calculated from approved orders only) or the freelancer's membership level on the date the order is approved, in accordance with the platform's fee structure.

Please note: A 7% Value Added Tax (VAT) is currently charged on the platform service fee for each order.

Note: In cases where withholding tax is applied by the client, the Fastwork service fee will be deducted from 100% of the freelancer's quoted selling price. Freelancers may request documentation from the client for the purpose of claiming tax refunds from the Revenue Department.
