Cancellation process
In order to cancel a job, it can be done via the website or application. Both parties must negotiate to agree on the percentage of the fee before canceling the job for fast verification.
Cancellation of jobs can be done by the following steps:
1. Click to cancel the job.
- On the website (Desktop): Go to the Chat page and select "Orders" on the right-hand side. The "Request Cancellation" button is located at the bottom of the page.
- On the mobile app: Go to the Chat page, tap "Orders", and select the order you want to cancel. The "Cancel Order" button is located at the bottom of the page.
2. Once you click the cancel button, you must fill in the reason for canceling the job / percentage of the fee and can upload evidence of the conversation or work that was sent to each other outside the system.
3. After clicking to cancel the job, the system will have 72 hours for the other party to respond to the cancellation. During this time, the person who canceled the job can click to cancel the cancellation to go back to work. Both parties must negotiate and confirm.
4. The team will take 5-7 business days to verify, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. After that, the officer will notify the result of the consideration via email or chat of the canceled order.
Steps for accepting the cancellation of the job
When the other party cancels the job, you can do it via the website or application.
If you do it via the website, you can press the button to accept the job cancellation and fill in the reason for the cancellation / percentage of the salary. You can upload evidence of the conversation or the work that was sent to each other outside the system.
If you do it via the application, you can go to the chat page and press the paper icon in the upper right corner. You will find the button to accept the job cancellation.
