Forgot Password

If you forget your password, you can request a new one by clicking the “Forgot Password” button. Then you enter your email address to receive a temporary password.

You can change your temporary password in the Profile section.

Want to Change Your Password?

Via Web (Desktop):
Go to the Account Settings menu, select Account Management, and proceed with the password change.

Via Mobile App:
Go to your Profile, tap the gear icon in the top right corner, select Account Management, and follow the steps to change your password.
