Single-Account Policy on Fastlance
Fastlance.vn requires each user to have only one account to ensure proper information management. Therefore, you cannot register using an ID card number, phone number, or email that has already been used in the system.
If you encounter the error:
"This phone number has been used for another account" — it is possible that you have previously registered on Fastlance.vn.
How to Resolve the Issue
Scenario 1: Unable to verify phone number or email
- Log in using the phone number or email that triggered the error.
- Click “Forgot Password.” The system will send a verification code to your phone number or email.
- Enter the verification code to log in.
- Once you regain access, you may update your information (password, ID card number, etc.).
Note:
If you have already discussed work with a freelancer using the incorrect account, please use the correct account to continue the conversation.
Scenario 2: ID Card Number Verification Error
- Try logging in with another phone number or email you may have used previously.
- If you do not remember, contact support and provide:
