Once the freelancer submits the final work, the buyers must review it within 7 days from the time of submission. If no action is taken within this period, the system will automatically approve the final work.
You can check the submitted files on both the website and the mobile app:
On the Website (Desktop): Click the “View Final Work” button on the right side of the chat window.
On the Mobile App: Tap the document icon in the top-right corner to view the submitted files.
Click “Request adjustment” if there are any parts of the final work you would like the freelancer to adjust.
Click “Approve” if the product meets your requirements and no further edits are needed.
Important Note
Clicking the “Approve” button is considered an official acceptance of the freelancer’s work. After approval, the order falls outside the scope of Fastlance’s support, in accordance with the Fastlance Guarantee terms.
