User Account Deletion Guide

If you wish to deactivate or delete your account, please follow the steps below:

1. Log In: Access your account using your registered email or phone number.

2. Go to Profile: Navigate to your Profile section.

3. Open Settings: Tap the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.

4. Select Account Management: Choose “Account Management”, then select “Delete Account.”

5. Confirm Request: After carefully reading the important notes regarding account deletion and agreeing, click “Confirm Account Deletion Request.”

6. Processing Time: Your account will be deleted within 7 business days.

Important Notes:

• Check Pending Orders and Fastlance Coin: Before deleting your account, please ensure that you have reviewed all pending orders and your remaining Fastlance Coin.

• Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access or perform any actions with it.
