If you log in but see a message like “email not found” or your previous orders are missing, don’t panic. These might be the causes:

Double-check that the email address entered is correct and matches the one used during registration.Case Sensitivity 🔠
For example, if you registered with support@fastwork.id but try to log in with Support@fastwork.id, the system may reject it due to the difference in letter case.Wrong Password 🔑
Make sure the password entered is correct. If you forgot it, simply click “Forgot Password” and follow the steps to reset.
