Forgot Your Password?

Don’t worry, it’s super easy!

1. Click the “Forgot Password” button on the login page.

2. Enter your registered email or phone number.

3. You’ll receive a verification code (sent to your email or phone via WhatsApp).

4. Use that code to create a new password.

Want to Change Your Password?

Via Website

• If you’re a freelancer → seller.fastwork.id/account-setting/manage

• If you’re not a freelancer → fastwork.id/account-setting/manage

• Select Change Password.

Via Mobile App

1. Log in with your registered email/phone number.

2. Open the Profile menu.

3. Tap the ⚙️ icon (top right corner).

4. Go to Account Settings > Password.
