• Work Does Not Meet Requirements: Buyers may request revisions or a refund if the delivered work does not match the agreed scope.

• Freelancer Misses Deadlines: Buyers may request a refund after negotiation if the freelancer fails to meet the agreed timeline.

• Project Cancellation: A full or partial refund may be issued depending on the project’s progress and mutual agreement between the parties.

Refund Process

1. Contact the Freelancer: Discuss possible solutions directly before submitting a refund request.

2. Submit a Refund Request:

   • File the request through the Fastlance.vn system.

   • Attach supporting evidence (e.g., chat records, proof of unsatisfactory work).

3. Review by Fastlance.vn: Our team will verify the case and process the refund if the request is deemed valid.

Refund Amount

• The refund amount depends on the work completed, damages incurred, and mutual agreement.

• Fastlance.vn may deduct processing fees where applicable.
