A: It simply means the client didn’t complete the payment before the deadline, so the quotation automatically becomes invalid.
Q: What can freelancers do if a quotation expires?
✅ Still want to work with the client? Just renegotiate, adjust the timeline, and send a new quotation.
❌ Not available anymore? Simply let the client know via chat and decline the job in the system.
Q: When exactly does a quotation expire?
A: The system looks at the start date in the quotation. If payment isn’t made by then, the quotation expires automatically.

A: Yes! The system will send a reminder via chat 1 day before the quotation expires.
Q: What if the client already paid but the quotation expired?
A: Don’t worry! The client just needs to contact the Fastwork support team with:
