Already made a payment but the order still shows “Waiting for Payment”? Don’t worry, no need to panic! Here’s what to do:

To speed things up, make sure to include:

• Order code (e.g., #Order123)

• Clear transfer slip (screenshot/PDF) showing:

  • Sender’s name

  • Date & time of transfer

  • Amount transferred

🕒 Verification Process
Our team will verify the payment within a maximum of 2×24 business hours. Once confirmed, the order status will automatically switch to “In Progress” and the freelancer can start working right away.

• Do not make another payment until official confirmation from our team.

• Keep the original transfer receipt until the project is fully completed, just in case any technical issues come up.
