At Fastwork, we want every transaction to be fair and transparent ✨. That’s why we have a simple and clear refund policy:
🔹 When Can a Refund Be Requested?
Work not as agreed: The client may request revisions or apply for a refund.
Freelancer delay: The client may request a refund after negotiation with the freelancer.
Project cancellation: A full or partial refund may be issued depending on work progress and mutual agreement.
🔹 How to Request a Refund
Discuss with the freelancer first – sometimes issues can be resolved faster through communication.
If a refund is still needed, submit the request via the Fastwork system.
Attach supporting evidence (such as chat records or unsatisfactory work results).
The Fastwork team will verify and process the request if valid.
🔹 How Much Will Be Refunded?
The refund amount is determined based on project progress and mutual agreement.
There may be a small administrative fee deduction.
🔹 Processing Time
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Refunds are disbursed once a week, every Wednesday.
If the refund request is approved before Wednesday, the funds will be processed and sent out on that same week’s Wednesday.
🔹 Important Notes
Service fees are non-refundable in case of order cancellation, in line with Fastwork’s Terms & Conditions.
